Diary-free whipped topping on Strawberry-rhubarb compote
Serve up a delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free Strawberry-Rhubarb compote with spiced Coconut Cream.

And finally, one of my favorite desserts. Okay, I may have cheated a little with this one because you do have to heat the compote on the stove, but I guarantee it’s worth it! And it’s dairy-free! You might be thinking, “That looks like whipped cream to me.” Actually, it is whipped coconut milk and quite yummy at that! A perfect dessert fro someone with multiple food allergies.
