Power Boosting Green Smoothie

It's easy to get your fill of daily vitamins with this power boosting green smoothie. Good for your body and your brain!

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Kale Leaf
  • 1/2 Medium Banana
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Tangerine
  • 2 Kiwi (including skin)
  • 1/2 Medium Apple (any varietal)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Medium Avocado
  • 1 cup Spinach Leaves
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender (preferably a Vita-Mix or Blendtec) and pulverize all ingredients for 1 minute or until smooth.
