Power Boosting Green Smoothie
It's easy to get your fill of daily vitamins with this power boosting green smoothie. Good for your body and your brain!
Ingredients
- 1 Large Kale Leaf
- 1/2 Medium Banana
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks
- 2 Tangerine
- 2 Kiwi (including skin)
- 1/2 Medium Apple (any varietal)
- 1/2 teaspoon Spirulina
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Medium Avocado
- 1 cup Spinach Leaves
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
Step 1

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender (preferably a Vita-Mix or Blendtec) and pulverize all ingredients for 1 minute or until smooth. |
