One look on Pinterest these days and you know the big event that is fast approaching, yes, the Super Bowl is almost here. I actually do like to watch football. Maybe it’s because I live in the town of my Alma mater, or maybe it’s because I understand the game enough to stay engaged. At any rate, the Super Bowl seems to be as much about the snacks you eat, as the game itself. If you’re going to someone else’s house, there can be a whole lot of gluten served up. Making these Three Seed Grain Free crackers will cover just about every allergy except nuts. They are Paleo compliant and dairy-free. And the best thing is they are super easy to make! You can top them with anything you like, or use them to dip in guacamole. I topped them with cream cheese (not dairy-free), Italian Parsley and these beautiful little Balsamic Pearls that give a delicious burst of flavor.
For future reference, you can order the balsamic pearls here:
Three Seed Grain-free Crackers in 3 Easy Steps!
- Combine Almond flour, seeds, and liquids.
- Roll dough to 1/16″ and bake.
- Cut into Cracker size pieces with a pizza cutter & enjoy!
Place the dough in-between two sheets of parchment before rolling the dough. Then peel back the top parchment layer and place the bottom parchment layer with the dough onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-16 minutes or until the edges start to turn a golden brown. Slice with a pizza cutter immediately after they come out of the oven.
It really is that simple! And you can certainly change it up a bit by adding different spices. They are a crunchy cracker that do not fall apart. Store in an airtight container up to two weeks.
